*You are applying to vend: May 15, 2010.
• Location: The new Backyard is located at 13472 Bee Cave Parkway (off HWY 620). It is set on 38 acres of beautiful, undisturbed Texas Hill Country. It is located 1/4 mile northwest of the original Backyard location.
• Attendance: We hope to reach capacity of 7,500
What we are looking for in our vendors:
• Products: We wish to offer a quality mix of art and crafts. Our emphasis is on high-quality, hand-made &/or local items. However, we do NOT restrict our selection to only local &/or hand-made. (All products must be listed on your application and approved. No unauthorized items may be sold! No drug paraphernalia of any kind is allowed.)
• Presentation: Unique, professional displays of booth & staff.
• You & your Staff: Friendly & helpful music lovers, who are attentive to our patrons, as well as follow festival/vending guidelines.
• Vending experience: Experience is a plus, even if it‟s a small/local market. While we would love to be part of your first vending experience, & will not discriminate, we are not here to teach you how to vend. If this is your first time vending, please read the
guidelines thoroughly, so you know what will be expected from you, & your operations.
Vending Fee Includes:
• Space: 10′ x 10′
• Passes: 2 weekend passes, 1 car pass. If you have additional employees, you will be able to purchase extra weekend or day passes from us at check in.
• Electric: Provided to all vendors with booth fee: 1-110v/20amp. You must specify, & pay for, any additional power needs prior to the event.
• Website: Your company name & contact info will be listed in the vendors section of the website.

* All vendors are responsible for knowing our vendor booth guidelines.
* Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage & will be required to sign a
release of liability waiver, upon checking in. No vendor will be allowed to set up until
waiver is signed.
2010 Vendor Booth Fees
Art Registration postmarked by:
April 15th:$75
After April 15th: $90
